Here’s what you need to know to get started:

Previous CardValet^® users will need to download the latest version of the MidSouth Bank mobile banking app.
- We will load your debit cards to the app.
- We will load any card controls you have enabled in CardValet.
- If you have your card turned off in CardValet, it will remain turned off.
- Scheduled or recurring payments will continue even if the card is turned off.
- You will need to set up your preferred debit card alerts and push notifications.
- Click My Cards to get started.
For online and mobile banking users not previously enrolled in CardValet:
- You will need to log into your account and/or download the latest version of the MidSouth Bank mobile banking app.
- Click My Cards to get started.
- We will load your debit card(s).
- You will need to set up any card controls, debit card alerts, and push notifications of your choosing.
