During Summer 2024, MidSouth Bank’s CardValet® debit card management tool is being replaced with My Cards. That means you will still have access to all the features you’re used to, plus new ones. While CardValet performed as a separate mobile app, My Cards will be accessible via our online banking platform and the MidSouth Bank mobile app. My Cards puts more control, convenience, and safety in your hands.

Here’s what you need to know for a seamless transition:

– Current debit card management functionality will be unavailable during the upgrade for up to 2 hours.
– You can still use your debit card and access other online and mobile banking features during this time.
– After the updates, log in to online banking and click My Cards to get started.
– For mobile app users, make sure your MidSouth Bank app is updated, and tap My Cards.
