If your card is damaged, lost, or stolen, we’ll help you get a new one. To request a replacement card or to report your card lost or stolen call us directly at 1-888-440-7774 during business hours. You may also call the Card Processing Center at 1-800-472-3272 after hours to report a lost or stolen card.

Debit Card PIN

You can easily change your debit card PIN through MidSouth Bank’s Online Banking or Mobile Banking App. Or contact Card South Service at 1-800-567-3451 to request assistance.
